Victor was born in Rivne, Ukraine in 1994.
Seriously engaged to paint 2 years ago, when he returned to his hometown after two years of living in the mountains.
Victor came from a family of artists and got his talent from his grandfather whom he never met as he passed away before Victor’s birth. He started to paint when he was a child.
