Andrei Bicer

Andrei Bicer was born in 1991. He is an Ukrainian artist who is living in Paris. He is an art lover since he was young and has been drawing since he was a child. He likes to draw in different techniques, using different materials and always want to learn and improve his skills. “It’s like a new breath”, I draw in different technique, and I am different in life. All this can be seen in my paintings”, according to Andrei.
